Pastor Debra Hill

Pastor Debra Hill is the pastor of Jubilee World Outreach Church in Johnson City, Tennessee. She is an ordained licensed minister through Church Without Walls International, under Bishop Gideon A. Thompson. She has faithfully served in ministry for over forty years.

She is a certified pre-marriage and marriage counselor from Life Innovations Incorporated. She has served the Tri-Cities in various organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank, Washington County Tennessee United Way, and Mountain Empire Pastoral Fellowship.

Her passion is for those who are lost and hurting and those who are wanting more from God and life.

Pastor Debra Hill was born and raised in Clinchco, VA and graduated from Ervinton High School in Nora, VA. She received two Associate Degrees from Bristol College in Secretarial and Accounting and a B.A. degree in Business Management from Tusculum University in Greenville, TN.

She retired at the age of 50 after completing 31 years of employment with a local telecommunication provider.

Pastor Debra Hill is the wife of the late Pastor Kirby Hill. They were married over 33 years prior to his passing. They have two children and four grandchildren.

In her spare time, she likes to cook, watch the Food Network channel, and HGTV. She enjoys creating with her hands by sewing, crocheting, knitting, and macramé. She loves the outdoors, planting flower beds, and her favorite seasons are summer and early fall. She also loves remodeling/decorating her home or the homes of others.

As an entrepreneur, she likes to run her business with excellence. Her motto is to work in anything you do as working unto God.
